Career

Tuvi Keinan is a senior partner at Brown Rudnick and a member of the firm’s Global Management Committee. He leads the Special Situations, Credit & Trading Practice Group and plays a pivotal role in the European Credit team.

Tuvi advises major investment funds, family offices, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals on complex cross-border transactions, with a focus on real estate, technology, gaming, and asset-backed deals. He operates across the entire capital stack, handling both single-asset and portfolio transactions, primarily throughout Europe. Under his leadership, the team delivers billions in deal value annually.

Renowned for his deep industry network, Tuvi originates off-market opportunities and delivers end-to-end execution — from sourcing deals and arranging senior/mezzanine financing, to negotiating debt buybacks, NPL transactions, co-investment structures, and managing legal and financial closing processes. He is particularly known for his ability to unlock value and navigate complexity in high-stakes, nuanced deals with a high execution success rate.

Tuvi has also earned distinction over the past two decades for creatively leveraging debt and legal structures in litigation funding and dispute settlement strategies involving multifaceted commercial conflicts.

Before joining Brown Rudnick, Tuvi was the pan-European CFO for Morgan Stanley’s Real Estate Investing Group, where he led investment origination, restructuring, financing, and hedging across the U.K., Ireland, Germany, Scandinavia, and emerging EMEA markets.

Earlier in his career, he practiced law in London, New York, and Los Angeles with Clifford Chance and Paul Hastings.
