Nick Davies is an associate in the firm's International Transactions Practice Group. Nick advises on a broad range of corporate matters, including equity capital markets (AIM, Main Market and AQSE), mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, corporate governance, and commercial agreements.

Nick also has experience advising charities and non-profit organizations, including Cancer Research UK and the Global Returns Project.
