David Chijner is a partner in the firm's Special Situations, Credit & Trading Practice Group. A French avocat and an English barrister, he resides in the firm’s London office.

David has a large range of experience in both the transactional and the litigious areas on both sides of the channel. He is particularly experienced in that area where litigation (and often insolvency) meet either M&A or complex refinancing.
