Kenni Wilkinson (née Callahan) focuses her practice on complex financial transactions in a variety of industries, including those in the energy industry in both the United States and international markets and the commodities industry. She represents both lenders and borrowers in large, syndicated and bilateral, secured and unsecured, and traditional and structured financing arrangements, including acquisition financings, working capital facilities, asset-based loans, reserve-based loans, term loans, cross-border financings, letter-of-credit facilities, restructurings and debtor-in-possession financings.
