- Represented Hess Corporation, a producer and shipper of natural gas, in a rate case filed by Alliance Pipeline in May 2020 that sought to increase Hess’s rate by more than 50 percent; the case was settled in July 2021.
- Represented Sabine Pass Liquefaction, one of the largest shippers on the Transco system, in litigation involving Transcontinental Gas Pipeline Company’s historical cash-out imbalance recovery; the amount in controversy was in excess of $60m and a settlement reached in Fall 2021.
