Roberto is a transactional and regulatory partner in Baker McKenzie’s Buenos Aires office, where he leads the Corporate/M&A practice group. He is also a member of Baker McKenzie's M&A Latin America Steering Committee and an Adjunct Professor of Contracts Law at the Buenos Aires University and a visiting professor in several local universities. He has been recognized as a leading practitioner by Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 in his areas of specialization.

Roberto concentrates his practice on advising clients on a broad range of local and cross border projects and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and legal matters in relation to its day-to-day business operations.
