As a distinguished member of the Argentine Association of Industrial Property Agents, AIPPI, ASIPI, and a registered Patent Agent, Bernard is highly regarded in the field. He regularly contributes to sector publications, sharing valuable insights and expertise with the broader community. Recognized as a leading lawyer by the most esteemed publications, Bernard has also served as an assistant professor of IP Law at the Argentine Catholic University School of Law.
