Position
Nick is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s Private Equity & Funds group, based in London. He has over 25 years of experience advising sponsors and investors on the formation and operation of funds across the private capital spectrum, including GP-led and LP-led secondaries, fund sponsor transactions and customised investment mandates.
Nick advises on the establishment and operation of investment funds and other private capital investment arrangements, on secondaries transactions involving investment funds and their portfolios, and on the businesses of fund sponsors and other investment firms.
