Lesley-Anne is a senior associate in Baker McKenzie’s Corporate Group based in London. She advises large corporates, strategic investors and financial sponsors and has extensive experience working in the energy and infrastructure sector.

Lesley-Anne has spent time on secondment with Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (now Macquarie Asset Management), and previously worked in the Baker McKenzie Belfast Center as a member of the Corporate Support team, working on high-volume, large-scale projects.

Lesley-Anne focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements and development joint ventures primarily in the energy, infrastructure and industrials sectors. Lesley-Anne has experience working cross-sector but has a particular interest in infrastructure transactions, with extensive experience advising clients on digital infrastructure projects and all aspects of the global Energy Transition.
