Gökçe Serez is a senior associate in Investigations, Compliance & Ethics team at Esin Attorney Partnership. Gökçe focuses on internal investigations, trade sanctions, export controls, anti-corruption and anti-bribery, anti-money laundering and counter terror financing, gifts and hospitality expenses and white-collar crimes. She establishes tailored compliance programs for her clients, provides compliance training on various topics and prepares various compliance policies. She also carries out compliance due diligence during M&A projects and third-party compliance due diligence to identify and mitigate any compliance related risks. She coordinates and leads cross-border and complex investigations stemming from different potential breach of law from the beginning to the end by advising on multiple disciplines and ensure the establishment of adequate and efficient corrective measures.

She has a wide range of experience on compliance in various sectors such as defense, pharmaceuticals, automotive, construction, retail, banking and finance, and technology.
