Permsak Krairiksh, with more than two decades of experience, is a leading practitioner in banking and finance, aircraft leasing and financing, project finance, and project development. He possesses exceptional expertise in LNG projects and has advised on several of Thailand’s most significant energy initiatives, such as the development of the country’s first LNG terminal, including the drafting of its Third Party Access Code and Terminal Use Agreement. His capabilities include EPC contracts used across diverse industry sectors.

He is also among the very few Thai lawyers with recognised expertise in aircraft leasing and financing and is the Firm’s primary adviser to major Thai and Asia Pacific airlines. Key mandates include representing Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) in its business rehabilitation, involving complex, multi‑jurisdictional negotiations with aircraft financial and operating lessors to restructure lease terms. Although THAI successfully exited court‑supervised rehabilitation in 2025, he continues to advise the airline on related matters.

His practice encompasses project finance and development, EPC, aircraft leasing and financing, and banking and finance. Clients include Thai banks and major energy sector participants. Recent awards and rankings:
