Napas Na Pombejra has over 15 years of experience and plays an active role in project development, project financing, and mergers and acquisitions across the O&G, petrochemical, power, and renewable energy (particularly solar and rooftop solar) sectors. Her practice also extends to capital markets, securities, and general banking and finance matters. She has built a strong career in Thailand advising on significant domestic and international energy projects and is well regarded for her ability to represent project owners, potential acquirers, sponsors, and syndicated lenders on complex cross‑border mandates.
