Kullapa Stavorn has more than two decades of banking and finance experience and is well regarded in the market for her diligence, analytical capability, and strong negotiation skills. She is also an active speaker at industry seminars and client knowledge‑sharing programs. A standout achievement in her career has been her role advising Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) during its financial restructuring and court‑supervised business rehabilitation. She led intensive, multi‑jurisdictional negotiations with aircraft financial and operating lessors to restructure lease obligations—an effort that contributed significantly to the airline’s successful exit from rehabilitation in 2025. She continues to advise the airline on ongoing matters.

Her practice encompasses loan and credit facilities, corporate and acquisition financing, aircraft finance and leasing, general banking and finance, and restructuring and insolvency (R&I). She represents both lenders and borrowers across a broad range of industries—including real estate, telecommunications, aviation, energy, and consumer goods—with key clients comprising major domestic and international commercial banks such as The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited and major corporates such as True Corporation Public Company Limited.
