Roypim Ransigutta joined Baker McKenzie in February 2023 as a member of the Financial Services Practice Group. She focuses her practice within the Firm’s Energy & Infrastructure Practice Group, supporting the team on a range of project financing and infrastructure‑related matters. Prior to joining the Firm full‑time, she worked as a part‑time legal trainee from October to December 2022, during which she gained early exposure to project financing transactions and developed a foundational understanding of financing structures and key documentation.

Since beginning her full‑time role, she has continued to build her experience in project financing and general banking and finance matters. Her work includes assisting with due diligence, research, drafting, and coordination on financing transactions. She is developing growing familiarity with the legal and regulatory issues relevant to large‑scale projects and contributes to the team’s work with diligence and attention to detail.
