Tatcha Thumpramoth has been with the Firm since 2014 and became partner in July 2024. During her tenure as an associate, she played a central role in many of the team’s most significant and complex financing transactions and project finance mandates, whereby she developed invaluable experience and earned the trust of major clients. Her practice expanded to encompass sustainable finance, carbon credits, and project development. She has led notable sustainable financing transactions and has been deeply involved in sophisticated power, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects, consistently demonstrating strong negotiation skills in representing key energy clients in lender discussions. In addition, her ability to understand clients’ culture, strategic priorities, and business needs enables her to cultivate strong and lasting client relationships, particularly with the Firm’s major banking and energy clients.

Her practice focuses on project development and financing, and banking and finance, as well as energy transition initiatives—such as LNG supply arrangements and renewable energy certificate (REC) tokenization—and climate finance. Recent awards and rankings:
