Panitan is a key associate within the Labour and Employment Practice Group, having joined Baker McKenzie in 2020. He has been assisting multinational and domestic clients on a broad spectrum of complex labour and employment matters, with particular expertise in employee misconduct investigations, termination strategies, workforce restructuring, employment issues arising from cross‑border M&A, and other legal compliances on employment and occupational health and safety issues.

Panitan also regularly assisted employment workstreams in major transactions, providing strategic guidance on labour law risks, regulatory considerations, and integration planning. His practice also encompasses drafting and commenting various types of commercial agreements. Drawing on his knowledge of Thailand’s labour, regulatory, and commercial legal frameworks, Panitan is recognized for delivering practical and business‑oriented solutions to clients operating in rapidly evolving markets.
