Thinawat Bukhamana has over three decades of experience at Baker McKenzie, served three terms as Managing Partner and has been Head of Banking and Finance for almost two decades. As the key decision‑maker for the practice, he is widely recognised for his demonstrated subject‑matter expertise, strategic industry insight and delivering innovative and ground‑breaking solutions to local and multinational companies and banks. He is a visiting lecturer at Chulalongkorn University and Bangkok University.

His practice spans project and corporate financing, banking and finance regulations, bilateral and syndicated lending, debt restructuring, derivatives, and financial products.
