He also advises international companies on text and data mining and the development and implementation of AI systems from a copyright and neighboring rights perspective.

Pelayo combines a solid knowledge of his area of practice with a keen eye for risk assessment. His autonomy and good judgment has allowed him to work independently on a regular basis, including time as a secondee for a major OTT platform.
