Shirin is a principal and head of the Firm's Mergers and Acquisitions practice in Singapore.

Shirin has over 23 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions across Asia and the US. She advises on some of the most complex transactions, including platform investments, joint ventures and club deals, portfolio restructuring, and exits. Shirin has led transactions with an aggregate deal value of over USD 55 billion in the last 10 years.
