Adam is an experienced employment law Partner, and advises businesses and individuals throughout the UK on a full range of employment and related issues.

Adam works with HR teams, in house lawyers and senior management at a wide variety of organisations. These range from FTSE 100 companies through to privately held businesses and a number of overseas companies with operations in the UK. Areas he typically advises on include: defending Employment Tribunal claims, new employee hires and terminations, redundancy projects, changes to terms and conditions, conducting internal investigations, enforcing restrictive covenants, incoming regulatory development such as furlough leave and IR35 as well as the Senior Managers & Certification Regime (“SM&CR”).
