Francisco Prado’s practice focuses on financial and corporate matters, including securities offerings, capital market transactions, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions.

Francisco Prado is a partner in PAGBAM SCHWENCKE since 2020.

Before that he was an associate at Barros Court Correa (2004-2005), and further on a senior associate and then Director of Corporate Law and Capital Markets at Aninat Schwencke (2005-2019).

Since 2004, he has managed and supervised numerous national and international operations on bank financing operations, complex project financing and syndicated loans. Complementary to his professional advice, Mr. Prado participates on the boards of several commercial companies, such as Hill + Knowlton Strategies SpA, Millward Brown SpA and South-Am Freeze Dry S.A.

Mr. Prado holds a Law Degree, cum laude, from Universidad de Concepción (2004) and a Fellowship in American and International Law, from the Center for American and International Law, Dallas, TX (2013).

He received his Master in Business Administration, from the ESE Business School of the Universidad de Los Andes (2018).
