He also advises on the structuring, planning and execution of mergers and acquisitions and acts on corporate reorganizations, corporate governance, issues related to publicly traded companies and defending the interests of companies and managers in administrative proceedings before regulatory bodies. Has experience in the construction, vehicle leasing, machinery and equipment, electricity, food, education, mining, steel, sanitation, logistics and finance sectors.

Admitted to the Brazilian Bar and member of International Bar Association (IBA).

Received his LL.B from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and master degree from University of California.
