Ralph is a solicitor with 30 years of experience advising on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property and associated rights. He has achieved the status of ‘Recommended Lawyer’ by the Legal500.

He has represented a wide variety of clients with infringement issues in various forums and is a staunch advocate of the Intellectual Property and Enterprise Court and its strict cost regime.

He has set up and successfully implemented and evolved anti-counterfeiting programmes tailored to meet clients’ needs and budgets and, as part of that brought civil and criminal actions if and when appropriate.
