Carey Olsen

Jiaqi is an associate in the corporate group of Carey Olsen's Cayman Islands office. She advises on a range of corporate and investment funds matters.

Prior to joining Carey Olsen in 2025, Jiaqi worked at Macfarlanes and Proskauer Rose, and gained experience advising on fund formation and fund regulation across different asset classes and fund sizes. She also undertook her training at Clifford Chance.

Jiaqi was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in August 2021.

Jiaqi holds a Master of laws with Distinction and Graduate diploma in Law at BPP University in London.
