Andrew Kuzma is counsel in the corporate and finance practice group at Carey Olsen in Bermuda.

Andrew specialises in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, investment funds, and banking and finance. He regularly advises issuers, institutional investors, companies, partnerships, limited liability companies, underwriters and financial institutions on complex multi‑jurisdictional transactions across the energy, telecommunications, asset management, infrastructure, private equity and (re)insurance sectors.

Before joining Carey Olsen in 2025, Andrew gained experience with another international offshore law firm in Bermuda. Prior to relocating to Bermuda, he practised at a leading Canadian law firm based in Calgary, Alberta.
