Matthew is a senior associate in Carey Olsen's corporate team, based in Bermuda. He advises on all aspects of Bermuda commercial and corporate law, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, investments fund and related regulations.

Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Matthew practiced as a senior associate in the corporate M&A, investment funds and financial services team of Herbert Smith Freehills in Sydney.

Matthew was admitted to practice law in New South Wales in 2017. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Western Australia Law School in 2015 and his Master of Laws from the University of Sydney Law School in 2021.
