Alex specialises in corporate and commercial law. His clients are both domestic and international and include private companies, PLCs, large blue chip institutions and corporate service providers.

He has considerable experience in dealing with matters including corporate acquisitions and disposals, rights issues, AIM listings, shareholders’ agreements, general commercial agreements, security documentation, company migrations and non-contentious liquidation and insolvency matters. Alex also advises on regulatory matters together with banking and finance transactions for both lenders and borrowers.
