Wendy is a Partner and Jersey qualified solicitor with over 25 years of experience in providing legal advice to Jersey businesses and individuals. Prior to joining the BCR partnership, Wendy set up Lambert Legal, a boutique practice focusing on non contentious employment, planning and corporate and commercial work.

Before this, Wendy was a Jersey partner for 13 years of a leading global offshore law firm and has provided expert advice to clients in all industry sectors in the areas of employment law, business set-up, mergers & acquisitions, commercial property (including planning law and construction), corporate, insolvency and many other aspects of the law relevant to operating in Jersey.

Wendy also has extensive experience in delivering training on many areas of the law in a variety of differing forums, from speaking at large conferences to delivering bespoke in-house training sessions. She also offers expertise in the new legislative framework governing migration and business set up in Jersey.

Wendy qualified as a Jersey Ecrivain (Solicitor)  in April 1993.
