Craig Luton
Craig is the Managing Partner of the Mourant Singapore office, and a member of the firm's Corporate and Funds practice.
He advises clients in the investment funds industry on Cayman Islands and BVI legal issues, in particular the structure, formation, launch and maintenance of private equity funds, venture capital funds and hedge funds, as well as downstream private equity transactions and carried interest vehicles. Craig also has experience working with funds being offered to Japanese investors.
