Rhiannon is Partner in the Mourant Cayman Corporate and Finance practice. She specialises in all areas of corporate, finance and commercial work, particularly investment funds.

Rhiannon advises on joint venture arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance and regulatory issues, as well as the establishment, management and restructuring of Cayman investment funds.

Before joining Mourant in 2016, Rhiannon worked within the Corporate Finance team at Hogan Lovells in London.
