Adam specialises in advising on a wide range of corporate deals, including acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations and joint ventures.

He is also a member of the Private Equity team operating out of our Birmingham office and the corporate transactions he advises on often involve a private equity investor.

Trained and retained at Putsman.wlc (Now Shakespeare Martineau). Held positions as paralegal, trainee solicitor and assistant solicitor; Grindeys as assistant solicitor; Clarke Willmott as assistant solicitor; Shakespeare Martineau as assistant solicitor and then promoted to associate; and Gateley as senior associate. Successes include acting for the sellers on the £55m sale of Harris Brushes.
