Michael is based in Manchester and works with the group to make sure clients get the best out of their people in the following areas:

He is a CEDR accredited mediator and has 30 years' experience of acting on behalf of mainly corporate clients in particular in the retail and leisure sector.

Trained Rutherfords, Liverpool; qualified 1981. Weightmans partner 1986-2001; Halliwells partner 2001-10; Gateley partner 2010 to date.

Employment Lawyers Association; Chair of Manchester Law Society Employment Law Committee.

Sheffield University (1978 LLB).

Michael's interests are music, contemporary theatre, Italy and Everton FC.
