Andrew specialises in finance litigation, advising and representing financial institutions. 

His expertise includes guarantee claims, security enforcement (including mortgage possession proceedings), injunctive relief, asset recovery, professional negligence claims, fraud claims and personal insolvency. He also acts for lenders in defending claims brought by customers. Andrew has significant advocacy and mediation experience.

Trained: Cobbetts; qualified 1995. Halliwells partner 2005, Gateley partner 2010 to date.

Andrew enjoys playing golf, travel and photography. He supports Liverpool FC.
