Mark specialises in private company mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments. He is primarily based in the Reading office, but travels widely supporting his colleagues and clients.

He acts for private equity investors, corporates, management teams and entrepreneurs.

Mark was named Young Dealmaker of the Year at the Thames Valley Deal Awards 2018.

Mark trained and qualified with Pitmans LLP and was a Director in the Corporate team before starting with Gateley Plc in May 2016.

Mark attended Pangbourne College up to A-Levels before reading History at the University of Leeds and then attending BPP Law School for the GDL and LPC.

Mark enjoys rugby, skiing and cricket. He is interested in agriculture, viniculture, good food and great wine.
