The firm: Oben was founded on September 2016 as a partnership between advocates David Wilson and Simon Franckel, and in conjunction with Oben Regulatory Limited. The team at Oben has wide-ranging experience and expertise, provide legal and regulatory solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
Specialising in dispute resolution, the firm’s senior advocates have extensive experience working with a range of clients including trust companies, financial institutions, fiduciary businesses, private clients, family offices, government agencies, global companies and beneficiaries. It aims to provide a high-quality, responsive and personal service that builds solid relationships with clients and their advisers, in order to help them to resolve their problems effectively.
