Oben Law utilises its affiliated entity Oben Regulatory to assist financial institutional clients, private individuals and Jersey regulatory bodies with regulatory investigations. The team benefits from in-house forensic accounting expertise, particularly in relation to asset-tracing and loss assessment issues. David Wilson takes the lead, specialising in fraud cases, asset tracing and recovery, as well as regulatory investigations.
