Cameron deals with a wide variety of commercial and property litigation matters. Primarily, Cameron’s work concerns making and defending county court debt claims and applications in the First-Tier Tribunal challenging the reasonableness and payability of service charges; non-standard debt recovery; housing disrepair claims; dilapidations in commercial leases; and advising Landlords and Management Companies on breach of lease and lease interpretation.

In addition to property related matters, Cameron also has dealt with a range of commercial matters relating to licence and service agreements for financial software, commercial dispute resolution, and information security.

Cameron is an avid outdoorsman and mountaineer and enjoys a range of activities in his free time; including as a fencing instructor, and training Olympic freestyle wrestling and mixed martial arts. Cameron is also a passionate musician both as a performer and co-organiser of electronic music events around the UK and internationally.
