Peter is a Partner in our housing and regeneration team.

He is an experienced commercial property and regeneration lawyer. Peter handles issues such as sales, acquisitions, development agreements, Golden Brick arrangements, funding agreements, joint venture agreements, management agreements and commercial leases.

Peter acts for a wide range of clients including registered providers, NHS bodies, local authorities, developers, commercial organisations and other public and private sector clients.

He also advises on regeneration matters, securitisation and lease arrangements.

Peter has a strong background in non-contentious commercial and development property work and he has been involved with various multi-million pound property deals.
