Helen is a Partner in our property team.

A commercial property lawyer who specialises in property finance, Helen has expertise in acquisitions, commercial leases (for landlords and tenants) and disposals, especially in relation to multi-let commercial premises, nurseries and offices

Helen acts for a broad range of clients including institutional and private lenders, local authorities, local businesses, family offices and asset managers.

She also works closely with our Deal Advisory and Banking and Finance teams to advise both lenders and corporate borrowers on matters concerning property-secured facilities.

Helen has a strong background in non-contentious work and has drawn upon her expertise to help our Deal Advisory team create a more effective solution for property finance transactions.
