Kate is a Partner in our employment team.

An experienced employment lawyer, Kate provides strategic advice and support on matters such as discrimination, TUPE, redundancy and restructurings, senior executive exits, holiday pay and contractual variation projects.

She has acted for clients across a diverse range of sectors from financial services to charitable trusts.

Kate also advises on implementing positive action strategies addressing matters such as unconscious bias and workplace behaviours and on actions to reduce gender, ethnicity, disability and social mobility pay gaps across organisations.
