Richard is a Partner and leads our investment and property management team.

He's a specialist in the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold business premises, commercial property management and non-contentious landlord and tenant law, including practice and procedure under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.

Richard has considerable expertise in multi-site transfer or regear projects, sub-sale and leaseback transactions as well as the acquisition and disposal of going concerns.

Richard acts for national multiple retailers and major landowners, as well as manufacturing and supply chain businesses.
