Elspeth is a Partner in our construction team.

An experienced construction lawyer, Elspeth has a strong background in non-contentious construction law and has served as an adviser on major UK-wide developments.

She has particular experience in the student accommodation, residential development, office and retail sectors.

Elspeth advises clients on projects from their inception through to completion and manages any issues that may arise along the way. She acts for clients at all levels of the construction process and advises a range of clients including developers, contractors, tenants, purchasers and funders.
