Lisa is a Partner in our housing team.

She is an experienced property lawyer who specialises in commercial property work, residential and commercial development and securitisation.

Lisa handles acquisitions and disposals including conditional and other contractual arrangements, S106 agreements, regeneration projects, site set-ups, along with commercial leases, joint ventures, outsourcing and partnership arrangements.

She acts for a wide range of clients and in particular public sector clients including local authorities, registered providers, charities, NHS bodies and private healthcare organisations.

Lisa has a strong background in real estate work and is experienced in both providing strategic estates advice and supporting clients with large estate portfolios.

She served as Head of the Birmingham Real Estate Team at a niche public sector firm before joining us. Lisa also held senior positions at other law firms (including two international law firms), served as a Partner at two national Midlands practices and worked in-house for the Law Society and for a PLC.

She provides regular workshops and training sessions to support clients.
