Andrew is a Legal Director in our sports team.

A highly skilled sports lawyer, Andrew leads our football team and is a longstanding trusted advisor to many high-profile clients in the football market and beyond.

Having worked in various in-house capacities, he advises an array of sports sector clients — including governing bodies, associations, organisations and sports agencies, as well as Premier League and English Football League clubs, managers, coaches, athletes and players — on a range of contentious and non-contentious issues.

With considerable experience in sports-related dispute resolution, Andrew regularly represents clients in FA Rule K arbitration proceedings, FA Commission proceedings and High Court proceedings, as well as before the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

He is also experienced at advising on football regulations and the content of football-related contractual documentation, such as domestic and international transfer agreements, player, manager and coaching staff contracts, agency representation contracts, agency consultancy agreements and a variety of other commercial agreements.
