Becky is a Legal Director in our property team.
She is an experienced commercial property lawyer who specialises in commercial lease transactions (acting for both landlords and tenants), property acquisitions and disposals (both freehold and leasehold) as well as general portfolio management work.

Becky acts for a wide range of clients including household name retailers, large property investment firms, small owner-managed businesses and individual investors.She also advises on renewals and procedures under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.

In addition, Becky works with colleagues on various retail and manufacturing-based projects.
