Jessica is an Senior Associate in our property litigation team.

She has a breadth of experience across the full spectrum of property disputes, including advising on 1954 Act lease renewals, vacant possession strategy, forfeiture, notices and disputes about validity, dilapidations, restrictive covenants, adverse possession and boundary disputes. She also has a developing agricultural practice.

A member of the Property Litigation Association, as a practitioner Jessica has a keen attention to detail and provides pragmatic advice — dealing with complex legal issues and commercial strategy while maintaining a down-to-earth approach.
