Fern is a Senior Associate in our real estate development team with a focus on acting for agricultural and landed estate clients.

Fern has an expertise in acting for private landed estates, agricultural landowners, private trusts and commercial businesses, advising on rural property matters, the sale and promotion of development land on behalf of landowners by way of conditional contracts, option agreements and promotion agreements, as well as agreements relating to renewable energy projects such as large solar farm option and leases. She also advises on general commercial property matters, including sales and purchases, complex title issues and landlord and tenant matters for a range of clients
