Matthew is a Legal Director in our commercial litigation team.

He is an experienced litigator who advises on commercial contract disputes, warranty and indemnity claims, professional negligence, defamation and media related disputes, restrictive covenants in employment contracts and shareholder and partnership disputes.

Matthew acts for a wide range of clients including large corporates, SMEs, OMBs and high net worth individuals operating across various business and commercial sectors such as e-commerce, hospitality, logistics, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and retail.

His work often involves complex and technical High Court litigation concerning seven figure sums requiring the instruction of leading counsel and reputable experts. He has also worked on a number of challenging and high value International Arbitrations.
