Tony is a Consultant in our corporate team.

He is a very experienced corporate lawyer who specialises in banking and finance as well as corporate and commercial transactions.

He handles issues such as mergers, acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, MBIs, joint ventures, restructuring, loan finance and bank lending on behalf of a variety of clients including businesses and trusts.

He also advises registered providers on corporate governance and finance issues.

Tony focuses on assisting entrepreneurs and management teams realise their commercial objectives through common understanding, communication, prioritisation and committed execution.

He is the Chairman of Eurolegal, which is a network of independent European law firms.
