Jennifer is a Partner in our insolvency and restructuring team.

An experienced insolvency lawyer, Jennifer provides a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious advice, both personal and corporate on all aspects of insolvency, to a national client base.

She specialises in all aspects of insolvency and has been involved in several complex corporate insolvency cases involving directors’ misfeasance, fraudulent and wrongful trading, preferences, transaction at an undervalue, transactions to defraud creditors and the payment of unlawful dividends.

Jennifer is also experienced in personal insolvency, advising her national client base on all aspects of antecedent transactions and enforcement. She has an excellent track record in the recovery of assets which have been wrongfully appropriated or distributed and has been involved in several cases which have involved search and seizure orders, worldwide freezing orders and recovery of assets abroad.
