Brendan is a Partner in our employment, immigration and pensions team.

An experienced employment lawyer, he advises on contentious and non-contentious matters including disciplinary, dismissal and grievance issues, redundancy/reorganisations, TUPE and negotiated settlements.

Brendan acts for a wide variety of employers across a diverse range of sectors. He also drafts employment contracts, service agreements and policy documentation.

Brendan has a strong background in contentious work and has acted for employers and employees in employment tribunal claims involving complex issues such as unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination.
